The fact is that Vettel was born on July 3, 1987 as one of four children in Heppenheim, Hesse. His siblings include two older sisters Melanie and Stefanie and a younger brother named Fabian, who is a racing driver himself.
“I’m very grateful”
Vettel still has a good relationship with his parents. “I am very grateful that my parents raised me the way they did,” the motorsport magazine said citing an RTL interview. “I think you become the person you were raised to be. The values that your parents embody and try to pass on shape you,” Vettel continued. Racing fans in particular got to watch racing fans at racetracks around the world from time to time as he kept his fingers crossed for his son.

Vettel now has his own family. He met his current wife, Hanna Sprater, while still in school. Things really started in the football stadium of Borussia Dortmund. There the two watched the match between Brazil and Japan in the 2006 World Cup. That evening they officially reunited, Vettel revealed in an interview with FIFA magazine. “The visit to the Dortmund stadium was a key moment in my life,” he said.
After only 13 years of relationship, the couple married in 2019 in a small private ceremony in the south of France. By then they were already parents. His daughter Emilie was born in January 2014. Another daughter, Matilda, followed in September 2015. Four years later, in November 2019, a son was born. However, the boy’s name is not known.

The female Hanna is considered reserved and avoids the public. After graduating from high school, she studied at the Technical Academy for Textiles and Shoes in Nagold, Baden-Württemberg, and worked in the fashion industry. The couple and their children live recluse in a small town in Switzerland. Public appearances are rare. The two have only been seen together occasionally – for example in a Wimbledon semi-final in 2011 or an FC Barcelona home match in 2012.
