And she has finally wrapped up the foodie journey she won at The Taste last month, which took her to Thailand, Australia and Dubai. The 27-year-old is facing an exciting new adventure: Last year she spent the holidays with her lover Andreas Reinke.

She opens her own restaurant in Gohlis in the “Fresh Paradise”. They met seven years ago in the two-star restaurant “Falco” in Leipzig, where they both worked at the time. The interior of the restaurant is painted duck blue. “I already have the perfect shoes for that,” smiles Lisa, an avowed fan of the brand. Gudrun Sjöden is a colorful Swedish fashion brand. In the future, she will focus on hostess work and give the venue her face. Andreas is in the kitchen, supported by Marlene Berger, who also appeared in “The Taste.”
Lisa, on the other hand, does not completely disappear from the stoves. Andreas Reinke promises: “She helps with kitchen planning and sometimes stands in the kitchen. He employed Marcel Mach, a restaurant manager from Leipzig. There should be a quality “bistronomy”. In Andreas’ grandmother’s Frieda restaurant – the name is derived from Andreas’ grandmother, who valued hospitality and family warmth.
On Saturday, right after opening, guests will celebrate Andreas’ 35th birthday. From Monday, the “Frieda” will be open to all guests. In the spring, a heated orangery will be set up on the outdoor seating area, where guests can linger and relax. Lisa and Andreas, meanwhile, want to grow tomatoes and cucumbers there. Even though Lisa Angermann now lives in Leipzig, thanks also to her training with Peter Maria Schnurr at the à la carte restaurant “Falco”, she regularly visits her family in Baldenhain, Thuringia. After her successful participation in the TV show “The Taste 2017”, she consciously changed her life.
I went back to work from home for a while. Because Lisa Angermann did not consciously choose the show, she could look forward to the exciting time ahead: “Actually, I was hired there by a friend behind my back. I could never have do this alone!” Her admiration for the difficulties she was facing was too great for that. In retrospect, the secret entry turned out to be a stroke of luck, as the young chef won the competition under the guidance of top chef Alexander Herrmann.
After the success of the show, Thuringia benefited from increased media exposure and enabled her to realize her dream of her own cookbook. In addition, she had the recipe photos taken at a hobby farm in Baldenhain and drum-mounted.
